Meet Kurt

Kurt is uniquely qualified and is often called the trainer of trainers. He is a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), earned his masters degree from UCLA in Social Welfare, and was a practicing psychotherapist for 7 years. In addition, he was a well respected athlete and world record holder before turning his full attention to teaching his unique, integrated brand of fitness to others.

He has been involved in the health and fitness industry since 1985, and he is uniquely qualified mentally and physically, to help his clients achieve their desired results. Mr. Elder has also been consulted on several books, and sought after by many other health and fitness professionals interested in improving the quality of service they deliver to their clientele.
